A card can gain a limitations section months after it was written. This is the only part of CALAPHON that needs to know who you are, because remembering a list is the only thing a public register genuinely cannot do anonymously.

What signing does, and does not
Adding or removing a model asks your wallet to sign one line of plain text, which is shown to you in full beforehand. It moves no funds, approves no spending, and grants this site no standing permission.
A signature is required because a list keyed only by an address in a request body could be edited by anybody who knew the address. The statement expires after five minutes so an old one cannot be replayed.
