Every figure on this page was produced by the published rubric, applied to a public API that needs no account. Nothing here is an opinion about whether a model is any good.

Whether a repository states its licence, describes what the model is for, names what it was trained on, reports an evaluation, and admits a limitation. Nine yes-or-no questions about files that either exist or do not.
Whether the model is good, whether the licence is generous, or whether we approve of who published it. A colophon says how a thing was made. It does not review the thing.
